RANCHO CUCAMONGA PT CRUISER CLUB (RCPTCC) MEET & GREET EVENT.
Waivers & Media Release:
1) We, the named PARTICIPANTS, hereby agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend the RCPTCC Organizers, BURGER TOWN USA, National PT Cruiser Club, their officers, volunteers, boards, departments, and employees (herein after referred to as RANCHO CUCAMONGA PT CRUISER CLUB and RELATED PARTIES) from and against any and all actions or causes of bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring or arising as a result of our participation in the RCPTCC MEET & GREET or any activities incidental thereto wherever or however the same may occur. We, the named PARTICIPANTS, do for ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assignees hereby release, waive, discharge and relinquish any action or cause of action, which may hereafter arise for ourselves and our estate. We agree that under no circumstances will we, or our heirs, executors, administrators and assignees prosecute or present any claim for bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death against the RCPTCC and RELATED PARTIES for any of said cause of action, except those arising from sole negligence or willful misconduct of RCPTCC and RELATED PARTIES. IT IS MY INTENTION BY THIS INSTRUMENT TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PT CRUISER CLUB AND RELATED PARTIES MENTIONED HEREIN, FROM ALL LIABILTY FROM PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SOLE NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF RCPTCC AND RELATED PARTIES MENTIONED HEREIN.
2) I acknowledge and agree that any vehicle I enter in the RANCHO CUCAMONGA PT CRUISER CLUB MEET & GREET EVENT, as well as any vehicle used to tow an entry to the display area, will be covered by current automobile liability insurance that meets the requirements by law.
3) I authorize the RCPTCC and/or designees to utilize photos of my Vehicle and/or film footage of my vehicle and/or of myself and participants in my party at the RCPTCC MEET & GREETS. I acknowledge that I have personally read, understand, and voluntarily sign the above waivers and media release on behalf of my entire group listed here as PARTICIPANTS.
