Would anyone know where I could get chrome (covers) for the body color spears on my '06 GT 4door van?? Thanks!

PB, No one makes covers at this time for the '06-'07 door spears. Your choices are to buy the Chrysler Chrome spears for big $$, Buy a set of used spears from an '01-'05 and buy the covers form an aftermarket seller like Race and Street or remove yours and install the polished flat stainless steel ones again from an aftermarket seller like www.raceandstreet.com

One of our Wayfaring Club member's has a 06 Cool Vanilla that he bought the 01-05 chrome speer covers and put them on his PT. They were the thiner Speer's and the covers was the bigger covers. they fit like a glove. I helped him put them on. at first I did not think that they would stay on but the 3 m tape is in the right spot to have them stick to the 06 smaller speer.

So I take it that there is no interfearance with the doors hitting the earlier covers on a later PT??

 THANKS DAVE, for that website, never saw that one before. I like those chrome spears, will save for future buy. Also dying for some logo clothes. Thinking of getting my first tatoo, PT Cruiser affilated of course, haven't decided what though. MICKEY

Hey PB Cruiser. I talked to people that have 06's and they said the same that I read in other post. They had to use 01'-05' spear overlays. The spears are thinner,but they do fit. I reccomend getting them from www.raceandstreet.com. I know I should reccomend the PTCC Store,but maggie has the same ones for $45 cheaper and also you can call her and she will let you know any information she has on the new ones. Good Cruisen
