I have currently purchased the ATP Flash wheel in 17" for my Cruiser. What do you all think? It has a stainless steel lip that totally accents the door handles.

I like those wheels but is there a chrome wheel with a little gold emblem or something in the center to go with the badge on the front and rear of the car? I have a black PT and thought a little gold would look sharp. Can you put a bigger wheel on the back of the car without throwing off the speedo? I know you should stay within about 25 inch diameter but is that both front and back or just front being front wheel drive? I would like to have a big fat wheel in the back to fill up the wheel well. Or does anyone think that would look dumb?

Nice wheels Shane! What tire & size did you go with? Do you have your PT? Just wondering about any suprises with the 4 wheel disk brakes?

Unfortunately, we do not have any wheels with a gold lip or center. That would be a nice accent however, and I will look into it and post something if anything comes of it.

No, I do not have the cruiser yet. 9 of the 14 have dropped from Bx status at the dealer. I am #14. 5 to go.

I will definitely be test fitting when the vehicle comes in, but my first choice now is to put a 235/45-17 on the front with a 245/45-17 on the rear.

I definitely feel that a larger tire in the rear is a good way to go. But with ABS you have to be careful. I have ABS on mine and I want to stay in the 3% differential that is required so that I do not affect my ABS.

Doing the larger sizes in the rear will look better but will not improve handling of the Cruiser.

When I get mine in, we will photograph it and I will post it on the board as well.
