With the discussions about the OEM intake air box for the 2001 being undersized as compared to the later ones. Has anyone tried to retrofit an 02-05 air box to their 2001 Cruiser?

 Guess not. I didn't know there was difference. I have an '02 & '03. My brother has an '04. My step-daughter and my dad have an '05. Airbox even seems to be the same between turbo and non. If the '01 is even similar it will have an inlet tube that comes out of the side of the box and curves down into a hole in the fender. It is possible to increase the size of this inlet if you want.
