Hey Mike Really enjoy the PTCC !!! we just picked up our silver 28G thurs LOVE IT !!!! one quick question ?? we want to put an alarm system on it !! any suggestions ? we have heard that the factory system is not so good ?? ( thats from our dealer ) THANKS Dusty B

Dusty,

I have installed the "Mobile Mayday / On Guard" system in our PT..(identical to the "On Star" system in Cadillacs) Call your Alpine dealer and cehck with him or go to alpine1.com and check it out. It is a terrific system. In our other car I have installed a Clifford "avant Guard 4". That's also a grest system. I think the DC system is very basic, I wouldn't rely on it.
By the way they are both a bit pricy...
