Blow off Valve Block off Plate Can't Post

The sound of the bov was cool for the first couple of weeks I had the car, now its just annoying. I've seen block off plates being sold here and there, but they seem to be mainly used for an aftermarket bov. Can I just install the block off plate and not have the blow off valve without causing any problems?

You can't just block it off. You need to relieve the pressure on the turbo or you will damage it. All you can do is go back to the quieter stock surge valve.
