Wow, how could that happen? I used to watch American Hot Rod and those cars were great. I did notice he had a temper around the shop, so who knows. ----------

I did a tour like 4 yrs ago of the Coddington layout and I got to see the "temper" in person. If you watched the reality Series you saw it also. His Ex wife was who ran the Day to Day operation of the Company after their divorce.She was one tough cookie but run a taut ship!! LOL He is Cruzin' the Golden Hiway Mikie from Milwaukie ----------

Yea, Boyd was sure one of the old school hot rodders. And his temper, wow. Always reminded me of my dad, at his boat business. But ya know, those ol' guys knew how they wanted things done, and when you messed with their method or designs, heads rolled. My dad shot MORE than one radio, a mechanic was playing too loud at their work bench....with a .410 snake charmer shotgun. ----------
