Cost To Replace Top?

I just wonder if anyone has had to replace a top and how much it costs. I hope that it is many years before I have to worry about it, but I'm just curious.

I am new to the board here. I recently bought a used vert and shortly after I bought it, the top quit raising. Some times it would raise, then it wouldn't. I live in Oklahoma City, my dealer told me about 1800-2000, then labor on top of that. By the way, I fixed the top problem and it didn't cost me a dime!!
