I plan to put a duel exhaust cat-back on my 04 Turbo. Any tips on cutting the rear valece for tailpipe clearance without destroying the valence. Dremmel with cutting tip? Soldering iron with vinyl cutting tip? ----------

Hi, I just put a Borla dual exhaust on mine last year. I had a stencil of the cut-out and use a new sharp utility knife to cut it out and then went back with a barrel sanding bit on my dremel to smooth it out. Some just used a dremel for the whole operation. Its plastic and its not very thick. Good luck and take your time. Mike ----------

Some day I will learn how to spell Dremel. The dremel to cut, and drum sander to smooth seems logical. Thanks. I also have a hand coping saw with a round diamond impregnated blade used for cutting odd shapes in ceramic tile. I bet that would work. ----------
