Does the Pt cruiser turbo atx come with equal length axles? Spline count on atx jackshaft?

Trying to find out if the turbo pt with the 41te came with an intermediate shaft or if it has unequal length axles. I know the mtx has equal length but I can't seem to find info on the auto axle setup.

Yes, the PT Turbo atx does require an intermediate shaft.
For more info, buy a Chilton's manual. It will cover most, not all, your questions. Also, feel free to call your local Chrysler dealer's parts department for specific part numbers if required. You'll find much better prices at NAPA (dealer $185.00 vs. NAPA $66.00) as they carry axle assemblies for PT Cruisers now and in all forms. Same goes for intermediate shaft support bearing assembly.

Thanks for the reply.
I went to the dealer after your reply and got the part number, diagram etc. I didn't want to go and ask for a part number if the part didn't exist lol. Confirmation of it's existance is pretty much all I was looking for.

Thanks for the compliment. It's far from done. Working on some secretive stuff right now as well as continuing the restoration of her. Almost time to shut her down for the winter though.
Here's a pic with the engine cleaned up. Should look alot different in the spring with some one off parts .

Does anyone know the spline count on the atx turbo pt's jackshaft(trans side..or driver's axle trans side would answer the questions as well)? As far as I know all 41te's have 25 and the hub side is 26. But someone is telling me it's 26 on the trans side which confilcts with my info..and plans lol.
