Mike,
How does one remove the front grille? there are 4 screwws at the top, then what? It doesn't seem to want to move even after removing the screws. How do I proceed from there? You help would be appreciated.

The service manual shows two clips at the top and two pegs at the bottom.

Undo the fasteners then pull up.

Thanks, got it.
there are four forms of attachements:
1. the four screws at the top
2. two short tabs at mid height each side
3. one hooklike tab at the bottom each side.
Procedure is:

Remove the screws
Push dowm on the grille on each side to release the tabs
Pull forward gently and lift the grille out.

EVERYTHING IS PLASTIC, and probably cost $500.00 so be gentle...

PS, an Air horn does not fit behind the grille, I am still looking for a place to put it...
