Hot Phoenix Supercruise II - All the info you will need is here

Today, Nov 15th, is the first day of registration for the Supercruise, so let me first give you a full rundown on Events, Dates, Hotels, etc.
2nd Annual Hot Phoenix Supercruise
When: Jan 18, 19, & 20, 2002
Where: Casino Arizona, Highway 101, & Indian Bend Road, Scottsdale Arizona
What: A weekend PT Cruiser Owner Lovefest, featuring....... a bag full of goodies, two Cruises, Trophies, Awards, and Prizes (shine em up), an Awesome display of PT Cruisers, all your favorite vendors, pin stripers, window tinters, our own DJ playing all your Cruisin' tunes, and a Saturday night barbeque dinner after our Cruise.
The Event will kickoff on Friday evening, with a Happy hour c o c k tail party from 4pm till ??? at the Hotel Waterfront Ivy, sponsored by Daimler Chrysler. Don't get too carried away, because you will be kept very busy for the next two days, meeting new people, counting your prizes, and Cruisin' with your Buds!
And the weather, last year was just perfect, 65 during the day, and 45 at night.Cost is PER PERSON, which includes the friday night c o c k tail party, your weekend entry, 2 Cruises, and your Barbeque Dinner on Saturday night. PT Owners Club Members & spouses.......$30 per person
non members............................$49 per person
ALL ENTRIES received after Jan 10, 2002..$50 per person Not a PT Owners Club member yet, but thinking about joining? Entry fee for a member & spouse is $60.
Entry fee for a non-member & spouse is $98. Hmmmmmmmmmm............... We will also give away a MAJOR PRIZE again this year for the closest guess, without going over, on the total number of Cruisers at this event. After you have entered, send me an email to gsdial@earthlink.net, with your car guess. If you have 2 entries, then you get 2 guesses. Hint: We had 101 Cruisers last year, before most people could still get theirs delivered! Lodging: We have arranged special pricing at 2 Hotels. Hotel Waterfront Ivy, 7445 E. Chaparral Road, Scottsdale, Az, 85250.
Everyone who stayed there last year raved about it, and they are anxious for us to return. Also, our friday night c o c k tail party will be there.
Special room rates for entrants:
Studio, regular hotel room, $65 per night.
2 bedroom, 2bath apartment, $89 per night.
(can easily accomodate 2 couples).
Rooms are held for us at this rate only until Dec 20th, so don't wait!

Just go back to the PTOC Home Page, and click on the Got PT? Store symbol in the upper right corner of the page. When that comes up, click on EVENTS on the left side of the page, and that will take you to the entry form. This event is open to any member from any club, but offers special discount to PTOC memebers. You may want to join up. It is trully a great club, just like the PTCC and PTE!!
