How much do you think my 05 convertible is worth?

Greetings;
My wife recently traded in my Escape for a Trailblazer and left me her PT Cruiser Convertible. It's a fine car, just not for me. How much do you think it's worth? It's an 05', base with a stick (yes, with a tape player! - we have ipod's), cool vanilla with a black top, black interior and 29k miles. We purchased the 70k maxcare warranty from Chrysler (B2B) at the time of purchase. It has the original tires with some tread left and a few cracks in the windshield (texas trucks, ugh) but otherwise is in perfect condition. The car is located in Houston, TX. I'm tempted to try to sell it on autotrader, but i'm also thinking about taking it to carmax since they advertise a decent trade-in.
Thanks for the advice - I may just keep it. I'm actually starting to like the car.

Take a look to see what they are asking for a similar vehicle on eBay, take a look at your local AutoTrader type paper, and and try a search at www.kbb.com
That ought to give you a pretty good idea of what the current market value is.

29,000 mikles on an 05 is kind of hard miles isn't it. I have an 01 and it only has 32,000 miles on it. I paid A little over $18,000 for an 06 basic model convertible with automatic and air. and no cracked glass. So I guess you can look for something lower in price.

Hmm, it's about 15k miles / yr considering I bought it in 9/04, and here in Texas it's almost the norm. I've driven it from Houston to Austin more times than I can count plus it's my daily driver. Regardless, i'd be happy to get 13.5k - and it does have A/C (stock on the vert, also power locks and windows, keyless entry, defrost, power mirrors, but no CD player, ugh).

Try Kelly Blue book for value estimate. I'd say your spot on with the 13k...think about keeping it. Since you do drive so much and leave in a warm climate the vert is a fine match. Why do you say it is not for you? Thing is the car has so many options available for modification that you can pretty much make it what you want or need in a car.
.I am totally bias as I own a nilla vert, but a lil more pep due to the turbo@!

i ust bought my 05 auto convertible pt. for 13.5 asking price was 15k
also had about 29k miles on it.
