Happy Frikkin New Year from a jealous punk. Been there too -SUX. But theyre a lot easier to fix than people realize. Months ago I posted the details to repair 'keyings'. In case you haven't already... 3M makes an automotive adhesive, to reattach the tired vinyl. Wear latex gloves to keep your skin oil away from the tacky side. Should be able to smear on the glue with a toothpick, from beneath the torn sections. Warm up to soften the decal with medium heat -hair dryer. Use a squeegee to smooth out the warm decal, forcing any excess glue and air thru the tear cover with wax paper first, to prevent scuffing the vinyl. If torn ends match up, your golden. If not, use touchup paint (most are lacquers)to fill in any gaps. Seal the tear with three coats of clear nail polish (again, lacquer)and you should be ok. Wipe off excess with 'non-oily' nail polish remover or acetone. Your flames appear to be printed, dont do this next step if so. You can lightly compound the rough surface of the clear coat tomorrow *As long as it isnt PRINTED decal!* Mine are solid color vinyl throughout thickness. Email me if any questions. hdfatb0y@hotmail.com ZZCrooza shots... http://affiliate.boston.flashpoint.com/view_page.phtml?page_id=555280&u=9978054389&pr=34zqre
