I bought a set from BTG and they told me they will fit. I don't know but I'm going to have the fronts installed next week and I'll let you know if they work. I am only going to lower the front so I will have a pair for the rear for sale. Also, have four new stock non-chrome 17" wheels for sale. ----------

I had the GT lowering springs from BTG installed on the front of my 05 ragtop today and they fit just fine. I don't know who said they were different but that is not what I found, at least as far as the front goes. I now have a set for the rear for sale if anyone is interested. ----------

Our purple convertible came stock from the factory lowered 1.5 inches. If I lowered it anymore I couldn't get in my driveway. What kind of clearance are you getting in the front with the new springs? ----------

If yours came stock from the factory it is the only one I've ever heard of. When I measure from the ground to the highest point of the front wheel well opening it it 25 3/4 inches. I think stock measures 27 1/4. ----------

I went out and measured the height at the same place. Our Touring Edition height is 26" on the passenger side and 26.25" on the drivers side. Our driveway isn't level which explains the difference. All I know for certain about the ride height is what I can see when I look at the car. It sits lower then our 01 Touring Edition. Side by side the ragtop is 1.5 inches lower then the sedan. ----------

That's interesting, my 01 touring edition and my 05 rag top sat at the same height until I installed the lowering springs which lowered them about 1 1/2 inches and they now both sit at the same height. ----------
