MMISL 2007 Summer Show - Canceled
We regret to inform all of our fellow PT friends that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have canceled this year's MMISL 2007 Summer Show originally scheduled for July 27 - 29, 2007.
This was a very difficult decision to make but we had to make the decision as soon as possible before any others have mailed additional registrations and payments.
For all of you dedicated PT fans and attendees of our annual summer PT Party, we THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT!
We are currently discussing plans for a possible re-schedule of a one day fall 2007 MMISL PT Show at the same location so please stay tuned to www.StLouisPTCruise.com for more information.
For everyone who has already mailed their payment and registration to us, we will be sending you a full refund for this summer's show.
If you have made reservations for MMISL 2007 at our host hotel or any other lodging places in the area, be sure to contact them to cancel your lodging reservations for that weekend.
Once again, we thank all of you for your understanding in the difficult decision we had to make regarding this summer's show but please stay tuned for a possible fall 2007 MMISL PT show at the same location.

Actually we have officially cancelled our "summer" annual show but we are still seriously considering a possible fall 2007 MMISL show at the same location...
we are planning to possibly re-schedule an alternate fall MMISL 2007 show at the same location possibly a much lower registration price and cooler weather.
If we can reschedule the event for fall, we'd LOVE to have anyone join us for a weekend PT Party...
We are sorry that we had to make this decision but hopefully we can still pull off something in the fall for all those dedicated die-hard MMISL PT fans... Cooler weather... much much lower registration fee... with just as much partying as ever... Stay tuned...

I am really sad to hear that this is not going to to happen this summer I have always heard that this was the bestest & the biggest, and this year I finally got off that weekend. I just got back from Cruisermania in AZ, it was awesome, nice turnout . I done sent my registration in early & even made reservations. But sometimes life throws us a curve & decisions have to be made, so whatever is happening in your life, Big Kahuna I hope that all goes well & you have plenty of support. Thanks for letting us know early! Please keep us informed.

I recieved my check today & once again I just wat to express hoe sad I am. I sure would had more than glad to had paymore to attend & pay the regular hotel costs...Oh well, I guess it is true, The PT Craze is dying out, but I am not willing to drop dead yet! For the other enthusiasts out there, Let's try to keep it alive! There is a Rally going on in Eureka Springs,Ark the first weekend of May, so far there are 80 people registered. Then there is the big Midwest Regional in October, I hope that there will be some PT enthusiasts that is willing to try & plan to attend some of these Rallies this year! Big Kahuna I am really sorry that I never had the opportunity to experience your Rally that you have held every year there in St. Louis,MO. I had always heard that it was a great show! & I was re-reading the Cruiser Quarterly today Vol 6 Issue 4 to read on pg. 6 "Rollin On The River" article about MMISL on Route 66. I just left a fellow PTer's house, he was showing me all the new Kewl Mod's, New paint job,the purple flames on black is awesome with some K-State Cat heads in it, new Mr Mikes Interrior & had his PT turned into a Panel wagon, it is so awesome!!! We are all planning on attending the Eureka Springs Rally May 4,5,6. Keep on Cruzin'!!!!

Most model specific clubs start strong and then settle into just a few die hard groups.
Putting on a Car Show is HARD WORK.. Putting on a successful CAR SHOW IS VERY VERY HARD WORK. Keeping a Brand/Model Specific Car Show popular is darn near if not impossible. It is very hard to please the majority of the people that attend in the first place. Most shows kill themselves for a variety reasons. The PT Phenomenon is going through its shake out phase. I think it will survive and there will continue to be much smaller regional shows for quiet some time.But the Super Shows of the first few years are just about gone if NOT gone already.

I received my check today and am still sad about the MMISL show. I know it takes a lot to pull off a successful show and this one was one of the BEST!! Huge thanks to those who committed themselves to this show and did an awesome job over the past 2 years I have attended.
