Meet-n-Greet: Pratville, Alabama 2/9/08

February 9, 2008 (Saturday)
Meet-n-Greet at Fantail's in Prattville, AL, 5:00 p.m. For those leaving from the Birmingham area, we will meet at the Chevron on Exit 242 in Alabaster at 3:45 and caravan down together.
Fantail's is a HUGE buffet that specializes in seafood but has plenty of other down-home Southern favorites for non-seafood-lovers like me. Where else can you find fried dill pickles in a buffet line? This short trip has become a favorite annual pilgrimage to meet with our Montgomery-area friends.
Let me know if you plan to attend so I can make reservations. Look forward to seeing you!

Woooo! I've been off the forums for a while, but something told me to check in here between the wash, wax, vacuum job (and it's gonna rain!).
We'll plan to be there also. Since we live in Millbrook, I guess we'll have to either meet in the parking lot, or drive up 65 a bit and wait to join the parade!

Wim and Vickie are BamaDreamer1520, who posted above. Then there's Sue (from here) and Jimmy (from Wetumpka). Tim is in the blue. He has a black Cruiser but does not post. Against the wall are my sister and her husband, who live in Montgomery.

Hi Rhonda,
Thanks for posting the pictures. Hope all the Bama folks faired well in the weather today. We had a piece of wood trim, nails and all, land a few inches from the PTC and the cars were covered in bits of pink insulation from someone's home/business, but no damage in our neighborhood, thankfully.
