Lynnea,
Here is a pic of the molded Mopar PT Cruiser rear mud flaps. They fit perfectly with two existing screws and one new screw. Retail is $24.00/pair. I paid $21.00. So easy to install that you don't even have to jack up the car or remove the rear wheel!

Here is my mod to the front flap. Also very easy...go to auto parts store and buy a set of flat universal mud flaps. I got a set for $5.00. I then lined them up with the stock molded guards on the front so that they extend down about 3 to 3-1/2" below the stock guard and then cut off the tops of the new flaps so they were even with the tops of the stock guards. Then hold them in place over the stock guards and tap lightly over the screws with a small hammer. This leaves a mark on the new flap for drilling. Then drill the flaps on the marks, remove the stock mud guard screws and reinstall with the new flap. The stock guard is not removed as it is part of the inner fender liner.
