New wheel covers?

I'm getting ready to run up and get some replacement wheel covers, but I'm not sure about the originals. The OEM hubcaps look like they are held on with the wheel lug nuts. Do I have to remove them to take the wheel covers off? Also, it looks like only three are held on completely with lugs, a fourth seems to have some kind of clips behind them... ----------

The hubcaps are all held on by wheel nuts. Three nuts hold the hubcap on, the other two don't. So, you can remove the hubcap without taking all 5 lugs off. There were no clips, at least on my 05. ---------- 2005 Bright Silver Convertible, 5 speed with 8 ball knob, chrome door spears, chrome gas cap door, chrome antenna bezel, chrome grill kit, chrome rear bumper pillows, chrome bumper trim, stainless antenna with flames, stainless door panel trim, chrome smoothies with baby moons, 2" wide "gangster" white walls, chrome tail light trim, K&N air filter element in a modified airbox and an oogah horn. Hmmm, what have I forgotten???

Never mind. I have to take 3 lugs off, and the clips on the other two just pop around the two remaining lugs. For what it's worth, here's a link to the 15" steel wheels on a 2006: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2477248/7 Anyone know whats up with the rust on the damn things? They're only a year and a half old! ----------

I haven't got a picture, but for what its worth...a nice glossy black paint on the steel wheels (to match the car) would really look sharp! ----------
