Our next Monday night dinner meeting will be at the Brown Derby Roadhouse Restaurant on Route 306 at I-90 (next to Burger King) on December 3rd, starting 7:00pm. We have managed to obtain a semi-private dining area – the patio just off the Bar. Bring earmuffs and warm clothing….just in case the patio is not covered or enclosed (I forgot to ask). Perhaps an umbrella might be in order – just in case it rains.

They will seat us in groups of 4 to 8 and will give one check per group. It might be a good idea to bring calculator to avoid fistfights over the bill. You can order anything from the menu, and/or the bar as you see fit. For those of you who are “frugal” they have free water and peanuts in the shell. You might even be able to get some hot water and ketchup.

There will be plenty of time for schmoozing, so you can arrive any time between 7 and 8pm. They are not expecting to serve ALL of us at the exact same time. There will be a short meeting around 8:30 pm to discuss future activities and get a show of hands for upcoming events. If you have something in mind for the coming year, now is the time to bring it to our attention.

If you are not planning to attend the Stan Hywet tour on December 16th, and you can spare the 2-fer-1 Entertainment book coupon, please bring the coupon with you ON Monday so we can distribute them to the needy. It looks like we will have between 8 and 60 attendees at this dinner. Hardly anyone has sent an email reservation as previously requested. Not to worry…. we love surprises, and the room can handle a larger than expected crowd.
