Oil in Spark Plugs Can't Post

Yes I'm new here but I was wondering if anyone has had a problem like mine. I had the oil changed last weekend and started to change the spark plugs. I worked from the driver side to the passenger side, and when I found oil in the number 2 going from right to left. I thought it was from the guys who changed my oil that they might of spilled some which they might of. Now if they didn't spill any what would be the most likely problems? Hopefully you guys can help me so I don't just have some mechanic look at it and charge me an arm and a leg and find out it is nothing.

The seals around the plugs on the valve cover need to be replaced.
