Our cars and confontations

Have you ever had a confrontation with someone over, parking space, door dings, keyed car, slashed tires, any vandalism? I would die if any of these happened to Pete. I am always very cautious of where I park. I get mad if anyone touches her. Following article about a fight in parking lot. MICKEY Cat fight occurs outside the zoo ST. PAUL, Minn. (UPI) -- Two women got into a physical fight over a parking space in a crowded lot at a Minnesota zoo. The problem started Sunday afternoon when a 22-year-old Scandia woman and her friend spied a spot someone was leaving at the Como Zoo in St. Paul. Although a minivan was queued up to take the spot, the woman got out and stood in the space to reserve it until her friend could park there. While the woman was standing there, the minivan driver moved closer, threatening to run her down, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reported Tuesday. When she stood her ground, a woman passenger allegedly got out of the minivan and attacked the woman, allegedly shoving, punching and scratching her, as well as ripping her shirt. The minivan driver separated the two and they took off, police said. Tom Walsh, a spokesman for St. Paul police, said both women have important lessons to learn, like waiting your turn and not behaving badly because someone else has. As it turned out, the first woman's provocative behavior was for nothing, since her friend found another space while she was standing there. I have not had any issues with the PT, but some day some one will ding the door. It is inevitable. Saturday, I parked a good distance from another car and, after that car left, a pick up backed into that spot and parked very close to my car. Luckily, they were careful getting out and did not hit me. I tend to park away from the crowd, which means in the back of the parking lot, unless I find a good spot really quick. The walk does me good and I can usually get out of the parking lot a lot faster. Also, the security cars can see my car easier than all those others crammed together. I wonder if blue cars get hit more than.........SMACK! Ok, I won't temp Mickey to stray off topic. Terry ---------- Living Happily Ever After, Now and Then in Millbrook, AL.

Do NOT get into a confrontation on a parking lot. At a Wal-Mart lot near here we had someone shot and kill another driver over some minor thing. Then later that night he was shot and killed by the police. ---------- Richard Westcott Idaho/Montana Director Meridian, ID Red, 2006 GT Mods: Fuzzy Dice. Presto Change-o third brake light mask. Quote: Have you ever had a confrontation with someone over, parking space, door dings, keyed car, slashed tires, any vandalism? So far, I haven't had a confrontation with anyone over damage caused to a car I've owned, cuz the perp has never stuck around after the incident. I've always found about about it after the fact. (This has never involved a PT... yet) To avoid potential problems, I like to park away for crowded or busy areas. Try to keep a "cruiser" mentality when driving. That is, stay cool and don't sweat other people's stupid human tricks. We'll see how things go... (knock on wood) ----------

Someone please shed some light on what this has to do with "PT Cruiser News and Rumors : Discuss PT Cruiser news articles, concepts, and production changes ". I often wonder why Mike went to the trouble of making categories when few pay attention to them. ----------

Sorry I offended you Orange Crush, I thought it meant my news. What is it National news? Chrysler news? I just thought it was a cute article. Must have broke some major rule on this forum? Well, that is typical me. So forgive my stupidity.
