I wanted to let everyone know that your directors from Washington, Oregon and the NW Regional director have been working on a Portland convention for Labor Day weekend in 2002. We should be able to put out all information within a month as we are finalizing plans now. Some of the activities are seminars, cruises, a complete vendor area where you may buy on the spot, pin strippers, a 50/60's dance and buffet, river cruises, and the raffle of a very special PT Cruiser with all proceeds benefitting the Children's Hospital in Portland, and lots more. Complete info will be available by the first part of November, so stay tuned. This one will be a blast! This will be open to all Pt Cruiser enthusiasts no matter what club, if any, you belong to or whether or not you have a cruiser yet. Mark your calendars and stay tuned. ------------------ Salty Cruisin in "PeeDee the Purple Mist" PTCC Washington State Director

Hi Everyone! Mariner is coming to Portland, OR next Friday to continue preparations for the NW PT Convention. Friday is a free night for him and I know he and Marilynn don't like to eat alone. So, let's descend on them and make it a night to remember. Talk to your PT friends who may not have access to the forum and post here with numbers coming and suggestions for where we should go. I'll make the reservations. I would like to do that on Monday so please pass this around over the weekend and post your notes. My suggestion is The Spaghetti Factory down on the Willamette River. They're reasonable, have great food, don't mind noise, and the scenery is excellent. Let me hear yours (by Monday please). This note is on all the forums, so please only post your info on one of them, otherwise I'll get all cornfused and reserve up too many seats. Thanks

I love the antiques at the Spagetti Factory and it means I don't have to cook. Jerry and I will be there.
