Please tell me about new recall

 HI FRIENDS, When I took my car into be serviced, this recall came up on the shops computer. The mechanic said it was brand new and he didn't know anything about it. I got it serviced at the Chrysler dealer in town. I do not know what this means. PT Quarter glass. recalled for safety. My car is still under warranty but he was not ready to fix it as he had no information on it. So now what? I do not have my plates yet, just got the title yesterday. When I register it, do I get a card or something? Do I have to wait for the card or notice? Thanks for your help, Mickey
