The North Coast PT Cruisers are thinking about hosting an Ohio State-wide get together on SATURDAY, February 2nd, 2002 in beautiful Hartville, Ohio with shopping from noon till 4:45 pm and a dinner meet-and greet from 5pm till 8 pm.. There are numerous “quaint” shopping areas (Long burger, for example) for the ladies, and the largest hardware store in Ohio for the men.

Dinner and a Meet-and-Greet will take place from about 5 pm to 8pm in a private dining area at the world-famous Hartville kitchen. A family-style menu (roast beef, chicken, and???), with all the trimmings, beverages and dessert will be served for about $14 per person, including tax and tip – if we can manage to get 33 or more to attend. Otherwise, we will just meet at 4:45 pm and have dinner together in the main dining area.

This event is still in the planning stages and nothing is cast in concrete. The date can be moved back a week or two if necessary. We need to get a head count and see if there is any interest in other parts of the state – as well as PA and Indiana. No matter what happens…this event will take place, even if the only participants are North Coast PT Cruisers.

At our dinner meeting on Monday, eight of the thirty-six people in attendance signed up. Once the date has been firmed up, the event will run rain, snow or shine, unless a weather emergency is in the works. PT-Tommy has indicated that we can ALL stay at his home in Hartville in case we are stuck there over-night. Pajamas will be OPTIONAL.
