Question for everyone Can't Post

My girlfriend just had the oem dealer add on security system installed on her PT. The dealer drilled a hole in the dash on the left side to put the red light and cutoff button. Has anyone ahd this system installed and if so, did they do it this way. Seems very wrong to me...Thanks http://affiliate.boston.flashpoint.com/view_image.phtml?image_id=580060&u=6979089892&pr=34zqre

Hey Al...I don't know? I guess right or wrong on installation depends on point of view.
Most are installed on the top of the dash for easy visability...I personally hate that. For some reason walking past a car at night and catching that flash out of my perifrial vision annoys me.
But then again the visability "factor" is supposed to deter a criminal. But I still like it located out of site unless you just happen to be closely inspecting it.
But a criminal will take or vandalize a car if they really want too..little flashing light or not.
