AM reception stinks (I know, who listens to AM), two months ago the dealer put a new and up graded radio in.... still just as bad.
Finally, I complained again, they kept the car, checked all the connections, compared it to other PT's on the lot.... they said there was no difference between my PT and the new ones on the lot, Sorry.... Sorry my PT.
I also have an 05 Dodge Ram Quad Cab and the reception on AM is great. Both vehicles have the exact same antenae.
Has anyone had any experience with radio issues in the PT?

When I'm not listening to XM my AM reception is great in my 05 Convert. It gets far better AM reception then my old car and my wife's Volvo. I am able to pick up AM stations I coud not get in other cars.

I'm Suburban. I'm about 75 miles north west of philly and have no issues picking up AM stations from Philly.

No but when I changed my antenna on my 04 Ram Quad Cab from the stock one to a Stylinconcept.com antenna in the design of a fishing rod I got a lot more Fishing Stations.
