OK Folks, we had a deal with the host hotel, The Holiday Inn Express, we would reserve 100 rooms with the understanding that we would have them all booked by August 16, at that point we would get the fairfield Inn as a back-up for overflow and the La Quinta as the pet friendly hotel, we only have 60 rooms booked as of today, leaving 40 open, next Wednesday August 16 at midnight all remaining rooms will be turned over to the baseball teams in town for the big tournament that weekend, we will also loose the back up hotels as well, so if you are planning on coming to the show and want to stay at or near the host hotel, better get your room booked. Time is running out.
