Satisfied with your dealer repairs?

I do not believe this question has been asked in this way, so if it is a repeat, my appologies in advance. There have been some problems and/ or annoyances with some PT Cruisers out there. For those of us still waiting on delivery, it might be interesting to find out if your dealer was able to correct the problem and/or annoyance in a timely and professional manner. Thanks. ------------------

We needed the notorious washer nozzles replaced and also the indicator/light stalk because of wiring problem. Dealer contacted us when he had both parts in, booked in for 2 days later, whole job took just under 3 hours on a 'flat out' day. They had to squeeze us in! No problem at all - it was actually a pleasure to deal with an efficient dealer! Our last dealer would get us booked in, we would leave the car there for the minimum 4 hours, come back, and they would tell us that the parts hadn't come in so nothing had been done. This happened a few times. Once I pulled up in their drive and made them check to confirm that all the parts required were there, which they weren't. Would have cost me another 4 hours of my life no doubt. THEN you see a billboard on the side of the road stating that they have "99.999% Customer Satisfaction". Obviously by the amount of abuse they copped from me, they think that I'm not satisfied with their work! A friend took their car there for an service. Unfortunately they forgot to tighten the oil filter, but anyone can overlook such an insignificant thing, can't they?
