Here is the EVENT SCHEDULE for Sea Cruise 4! There will be no Breakfast this year. You are on your own on Sunday. Have a great weekend.
FRIDAY-SEPTEMBER 15TH:
4:00pm-6:30pm Registration-Convention Center
6:00pm-Dinner on your own
8:00pm-Show N Glow (light show)-Convention Center (No Judging)
9:00pm-Silent Auction Begins-Convention Center
9:00pm-Midnight-Socal Night DJ Karaoke
(Please BYOB or refreshments if you so desire)
DO NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF ALCOHOL outside the convention center, this includes the parking lot. (we only have a banquet permit for inside the Convention Center.
Children Welcome-No Minor Consumption. No Alcahol sold in the Convention Center.
Motorhome Security
SATURDAY-SEPTEMBER 16TH-You need to be registered by noon for your car to be judged.
9:00-Noon-Registration (Convention Center Parking lot)
10:00am-3:00pm-Show N Shine (Convention Center Parking Lot)
Noon-2:00pm-Car Show Judging (Rags Down)
10:00am-3:00pm-Raffle Drawings every 1/2 hour
11:00a.m.-2:00pm-Poker Walk (pick up instructions inside the Convention Center)
3:00pm-Best Pet Beach Attire Contest(please have your pet by the DJ's tent a little before 2:00pm if you wish to have them judged)
3:30pm-Line up for Cruise (one hour scenic cruise 4:00-5:00pm)
Dinner on your own
7:30pm-8:00pm Parade (please get in line Convention Center Parking Lot early. The Ocean Shores Police Department will not wait for you-Police escort through Town (This is also judged on your lights in parade)
8:30pm- DJ Karaoke/Dance (Convention Center)
9:00pm- Best Beach Attire Contest (Men & Women Convention Center)
10:00pm-Silent auction Ends- Winners Announced
10:30pm-Trophy Presentation, Grand Prize Raffle Drawings
Sunday-Sept. 17-Vendors must tear down before noon.

getting pertty pumped for sea cruise. Th only Problem I'm having is I might have to have Gene bring the Van down as I'm bring to much stuff for the pt to handle.. I guess that is a good thing huh?

I'm just finishing up my teardrop trailer. Now i can come down and spend the weekend and do a little camping while i'm there.

Ron, Len and I did some camping last year in our PT. We went down Hwy. 101 to S.F. and then onto Hwy. 1 down to Morro Bay, California. It was the best trip!
There are a couple of State Park campgrounds in the Ocean Shores area. Don't forget the Smores!

did you build the tear drop yourself?
I have been wanting one myself, in fact I ran into a guy at the evergreen state fair selling them and invited him to sea cruise. told him he would have to get a hold of Dan and reserve a vendors space.. But he was selling them for a good price.

Hi Katee,
Yes I did Build the teardrop myself. I was looking for something I could pull behind a small car, And camp in. I have the outside almost complete, But the interior still needs to be done. I will have it in Ocean shores the weekend of the meet If you would like to take a look at it.
I also have plans if your interested in building one. I will be using it almost every weekend for the next couple months for comps.

I saw this "PT teardrop" at Cruiserfest 2006 earlier this year. It was custom-made and perfect for camping -- lots of room inside. See you all at Ocean Shores.

FYI I will be bringing a custom PT trailer to Sea Shores. If anyone is interested in buying a trailer my "PT BUTT" will be available for any prospective buyers to view.
All paperwork and origional invoices will be viewable

Katee..can you help me find out who was taking photos of the event. I lost the guys card. He had a print booth in the convention center.
Also,Do you know who took the photos of the awards that night so I could order some copies?

I don't know who was taking PICS of the awards ceremony but you might contact the PT Cruiser Guild as some of their members may have been getting some photos for their website.
Congrats on your very nice ride and Best of Show trophy 
together with all the other "hardware" your fellow PT Club members took back to Canada. Hope it all cleared Customs. You are one enthusiastic group of fine people
with some very sharp-looking customized PTs!
It was also nice to see another 2004 Seamist Green GT at the show and meet the owner.

Thanks for the kind words and all those photos. Yep we got through customs..whew!! Had a close call with the trailer coming loose but all turned out OK.
Thanks for putting those pics on the forum. Our gang really are a group of good old regular dudes who love their rides and enjoy comeraderie like all our other PT brothers & sisters.
Looking forward to hooking up with you and your PT Buddies again in the near future.
