Sorry but I sold mt Pt....

ey guys sorry I haven't been around lately. I sold my Convertible Pt Cruiser to a very nice couple who will enjoy it very much! After all my hardships with the dealer (See below) it was just no longer something I wanted to keep around. And I am heading toward Med School and something had to give financially haha. anyways I don't know if anyone remembers my posts about my convertible top getting hung up when closing but I took it to the dealer to have it fixed. I had the car for about 2 months and I noticed a scratching noise and then some staples came through the headline. I was enrage to say the least, these were normal staples like to hold paper together and this is what they used to fix my car? Anyways I expressed my concerns with the dealership and with Chrysler customer service (<--- No Help!) after Chrysler heard I had modifications made to my top they cancelled my warranty, including my extended warranty that I payed for. So I got a lawyer and decided to sue them. after a few weeks Chrysler said if I get the top repaired at the dealership that did the damage that they would give me my warranty back, against my good judgement I agreed. After 2 days of my car sitting at this god forsaken place I picked it up only to find the passenger side rims to be all scratched up! I was obviously upset and had a few choice words for anyone who would listen at the dealership. After I went home and Called BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) And BAR (Bureau of automotive repair) I Filed claims with both because the dealer was denying fault. The only reasons I noticed the rims were scratched was because I took a very thorough look because they had washed my car. they had never washed the car before and there attitude was very suspicious. I took some pictures because I keep a digital camera in the car sometimes and happened to have it with me. After that they wouldn't reply to BBB or BAR so I took them to small claims where I LOST! That was a joke but I had a lot of fun seeing how the system works and what not. I have no regrets and would sue them again. I feel like I couldn't have done anything different to state my case. I am happy to get rid of the car not because the car was bad, but because I never wanted to have to deal with a Dodge dealership again. (This wasn't the only one that doesn't know how to treat young customers.)I love the PT and will truly miss it but its time for something new.... that was a quick 8 months! and I learned what depreciation is haha! And on a sympathetic note..... I worked sooooo hard to buy that car it was my dream car and they had to ruin it for me! Thanx for nothing Chrysler! ----------
