This is my first PTCruiser, so far I really like the car, (when my wife lets me drive it). Anyway, I bought a used 2006 PT, its a non turbo, and has 29,000 miles, the maintanance book shows I should have the vehicle tuned up at 30,000 miles, my problem is, I like working on my cars and want to do my own tune up, I cannot locate any Haynes/Chilton manuals for the 2006 model, (or anything after 2003 for that matter), therefor my question is the tune up proceedure any different on my PT, than a 2001-03 PT?? Any suggestions or possible help on this would be appreciated. Thank You. p.s. please feel free to help me on what info you would like to know about my car. ----------

I would suggest the following: 1. Replace the air filter w/ K&N drop-in filter. 2. Remove the white donut thing from the air-box lid. 3. Replace the spark plugs. Use anti-seize. 4. Replace the ignition wires. Use boot sealer compound. 5. Put a bottle of injector cleaner in next gas fill-up. ---------- Drive Safe & Enjoy the Ride. J. W.
