Are there turbo dream-cruisers? What years? The 215/220 hp or the 180 hp?

I believe that all dream cruisers starting in 2003 (dream cruiser 2) and up are turbo and that they are all 215/220 hp output. Or in other words the only one not turbo is the first dream cruiser

That is correct. 2003 = 215, 2004 - 2005 = 220. Stage 1 brings them all to 240.
