Vent visors?? Can't Post

I have had the in-channel visors on my '06 GT for almost 8 months now.
They are EGT?? brand.
The fronts fit well no adheasive at all.
The rears are complete CRAP!!!!! did I say COMPLETE CRAP!!!!!
The VERY THIN cheapo adheasive that comes on them WILL NOT STICK AT ALL!!!
I have almost lost both of them when the windows are put down.
I deceided to remove them and put quality 3m red double sided tape on them.
When I went to put the first one back in/on it snapped--I guess I must have pushed too hard not meaning to.
I am now going to buy a new set of the regular old standard vent visors and stick them on and be done with it!
Unless someone thinks the FACTORY MOPAR ones on Ebay for $75.00 are worth it???
Unless someone has a "spare" right rear in channel one I just might try again!!
Thanks!!

Re: [P B Cruiser] Vent visors?? Can't Post

I've used Weathertech shades on three cars and they are the best made. When I changed the shades from one PT to another I didn't even bother reapplying double sided tape and no problems.

Well, I guess I should have bought the Weathertech in the first place! there is absolutely NO WAY these EGP brand will stay in on the rears without some type of adheasive, I would highly recomend aganst them!!

CoolHi I would strongly suggest the Weathertech in channel visors.I have them on my 2001 Limited Edition and Ginny's 2003 Patriot Blue touring Edition woody for 4 years without any problems whatsoever. As a matter of fact a thief had smashed my passenger window, got inside and stole my GPS , exited from the broken window and guess what still stayed in place? the weathertech visor without the window.Jump 2.Do yourself a favor, buy a bottle of goop be gone, remove all the crappy tape residue, and put the in channel weathertechs in place. You will not regret it. www.weathertech.com Peace out and God Bless............Mike
