I don't do "private reply" for this kind of stuff. Especially when it benefits others.
I can offer some advice regarding the axleshaft. Go buy one at NAPA. They finally are carrying them for around $85.00 and you don't have to buy the $180+ axles from the parts department at the dealership any longer.
The rest you should be able to find here, at at most online bone yards. I've frequently used a Midwest auto recycler for my stuff over the past25+ years. Their online address is: http://www.johnsauto.com/index.html
This place is clean, clean, clean and they sell no junk.

Just a note on the Transmission Computer. 2003 was the only year on your list where the Transmission Computer was separate from the PCM. 2004 and up the transmission computer is part of the PCM.

Thanks for all the great info - this is truly a good forum. Just one more question:
What is the module on the front of the transmission, behind the cooling?
This is off a 2004 PT Cruiser Turbo. Thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

Most likely the shifting solenoid pack. The 41TE is electronically shifted from the PCM on an 04 and this solenoid pack controls the clutch packs by directing hydraulic fluid.
