We Danced With Her All Evening - But She Wouldn't Come Home With Us Can't Post

We danced with her all evening, and came tantalizingly close, but she wouldn't go home with us.....maybe next time !!!

On another beautiful summer evening in downtown Mayfield Heights, Ohio, the North Coast PT Cruisers came CLOSE to setting a new state record. Thirty-eigt cars made an appearance, the largest number yet, but we fell two cars short of a new record.

If you are one of the ones who were going to make it tonite, but didn't, or if you were the guy who drove his Miata instead of the PT (are you listening Clif ?). don't feel bad about costing us the record (not too much anyway). You can make up for it this coming Monday at our Labor Day SUPER CRUISE-IN. Leave the Miata in the garage Clif, or let Donna drive the Cruiser !!!

First-time guests were asked to raise their hands, and 5 of them did, including a gentleman from South Carolina who was visting Cleveburg and knew about our weekly Cruise-In. He promised to return soon. The newbies were asked to sign our guest register so that nametags could be made for their next visit, and name tags were distributed to those who had signed up last week.

We discussed the previous day's visit to Sharon Pa for the Quaker Steak & Lube PT Cruise-IN. We all had a good time except for one (un-named) person who got bored. Carmen had a good time too, until it started to rain and his car got wet (and dirty) for the first time. We all expressed our sympathy to him by uttering "AWWWW" in unison. Carmen said "thanks, that made me feel better".

Sara N. distributed embroidered shirts, jackets, pajamas, and who-knows-what-else, adorned with the North Coast PT Cruiser logo, that had been ordered last week, and took orders for more stuff throughout the evening. Orders for custom-made shirts, jackets, etc will also be taken at the Labor Day SUPER CRUISE-IN.

The colorized T-Shirt was shown, and orders were taken for these also. So far, 86 Tees have been ordered. Last day to order them will be next Monday.

Coming up:
- 09-03 Labor Day SUPER-CRUISE-IN 3pm till ?
- 09-07 Lite the Nite - Newark
- 09-15 Fudruckers PT Cruiser Show in Columbus
- 09-15 Dinner and Massillon Cruise-In
- 09-23 Toys For Tots Cruise-in Southgate, Maple Heights
- 09-30 Geneva Grape Jamboree Parad
- 10-06 Plain Dealer tour and Dinner
- 10-14 Ashtabula County Covered Bridge Cruise
- 10-21 Sonic Drive-In Cruise - Nelsonville

After the meeting we did what we usually do. Want to know what this is ? You will have to come here to find out !!!

NOTE TO PA CRUISERS: We will NOT be going back to Quaker Steak & Lube this year. You guys will have to come to Cleveburg to get your PT Fix.

YEE Ha !!! Come Hang with the North Coast PT Cruiser Gang !!

This is what our T-Shirt will look like
