to buy or not to buy?

Hello everyone! I am heading out today sign the paperwork to purchase a PT Cruiser and I want to know if I am making a wise decision, as this is more than I would normally spend on a vehicle. I absolutely love the look and feel of the cruiser though, so my gut feeling is that this is worth it. My job entails heavy freeway driving and I would really like to be in something I enjoy driving! If anyone has anything they can tell me to help me make my decision I'd love to hear it. Good, bad, I need help! Thanks all!

I think I'm speaking for everyone here when I say BUY IT!!! Seriously though, the PT has extremely high reliability ratings, and an even nhigher fun factor. I just drove from Vancouver, Canada down to Modesto, CA for Cruiserfest and back BY MYSELF and barely noticed... In the last day, I was starting to get a little antsy, but I was almost home at that point. My advise: don't hesitate. RUN to the dealer. Matt LiquidPT ----------

I did it and I love it! It is just a base model, nothing fancy like some of the ones in the pictures on this site, but I still think it is the most beautiful car ever! It is inferno red pearl and I think I am in love Thanks for the advice!

It doesn't have to stay a base model...Lots of us started that way. The $ saved on unwanted, unnecessary, overpriced factory extras can be put to much better use. ---------- Rt 66, Shamrock, Tx.
