after waiting since 9-15-2000 and thinking wi was going to get a new Pt my original dealer finally told me on 1-2-2002 that i wasn"t going to get a 2001 Pt from them!!! they have known since 12-5-2000 and were just sitting on my deposit money. so i went down to thier place to get my deposit back and guess what i saw on the lot? 9 new PTs!!! i asked if they were for sale or were they orders for someone and they said they were for sale and would sell them to people who had orders with them for 25,900 for the ones that had moon roofs and 25,400 for the ones that didnt. this dealer would never tell you anything about your order without a lot of persuading. this dealership is Prebul Chrysler Jeep in Chattanooga Tn.
since i figured that this dealership wasn't telling me everything from day one i also placed another order with Antwerpin MOtorcars Ltd in Baltimore Md on 12-2-2000 and am supposed to be shipped my new PT on 1-15 2001. so some dealers still tell the truth!! i will remember this and hope everyone will take notice of this too

Call Chrysler and let them know what this dealer is doing with its extra allocations. It could send more cars to other dealers next year.
