In Northern Jersey this is the first really cold weather we have had, I am talking 10-4 degrees. I had my top down in December 3x, so not too bad eh! March will be here soon and if you zap up the heat the top down is fine! ---------- 2005 Touring Edition Convertible Turbo 2.4L LITE Automatic, cool vanilla, faux Street Edition badging, K&N drop in filter, modded airbox, mini-chrome side flames, chrome gas cap cover, customized rear mud flaps, flying siberian husky fur when top dropped.

I Loved it! The Va Varoom was great! but the temp was to low to put the top down. The only thing I could not imagine is trying to put everything I like to take in the itty-bitty trunk ---------- Crystal~ Life is like road trip & really sweet in a PT Cruiser! #1276

Blondie: gotta tell ya.......60 sounds mighty fine to me today........it is SO cold and the wind is blowing so strong here today in WI that you can't be outside without goggles on because the snow being whipped up from the snowbanks stings your eyes so badly..........like a pic of Admiral Byrd reaching the arctic circle here today now what was that complaint about weather you had? Coool you liked it, but the trunk is deceiving, I fit 8 bags of heavy groceries in it no problem. It is the lowness of the trunk that gets me, I am 6'3" and you really have to ben to get in there. ---------- 2005 Touring Edition Convertible Turbo 2.4L LITE Automatic, cool vanilla, faux Street Edition badging, K&N drop in filter, modded airbox, mini-chrome side flames, chrome gas cap cover, customized rear mud flaps, flying siberian husky fur when top dropped.

Ahh, perhaps two large and 1 small bag could fit in there...also you can lower the back seats which allows for pass through from the trunk to the back inside rar of the car, so that will add room. ---------- 2005 Touring Edition Convertible Turbo 2.4L LITE Automatic, cool vanilla, faux Street Edition badging, K&N drop in filter, modded airbox, mini-chrome side flames, chrome gas cap cover, customized rear mud flaps, flying siberian husky fur when top dropped.

how do you feel about boot covers? I really want one but my hubby says why bother.cant leave the top down all day at the beach which would eventually discolor the seats ect..then he said going into the mall he wants the top up in the parking lot,and putting it on/off is crazy..but i say who cares it looks alot nicer. I will lose this one. ----------

My boot is sitting in my attic. Sure, I will admit, they do look nicer with the boot on when the top is down but I usually drive with the top down (not lately though with the cold weather), and it is so much easier not to have to fool with the boot when traveling, especially if I get caught in the rain. And, to store them in the trunk just takes up too much room in case I want to put something in the trunk. Now, if I know I am going somewhere cruisin and want my car to look real good, then, of course, I put the boot on. ----------

As soon as the weather brakes some I'm going to make a hanger in the trunk to carry my boot. There seems to be a lot of wasted space there. This way you can still put in the grocery bags too. ---------- big jim
