help with picture

Hi, I have been trying to post a picture of My Teazer, but it keeps telling Me file is too large. I have made the file smaller, but it distorts the picture. How do I get the thumbnails like on the other posts or replies ? I have even cut back the quality when taking a picture . frustrated and confused.

 Put picture in photoshop or whatever photo software you have,clean up the picture,reduce the file and you should be fine

Use irfanview to reduce the pic. You can download the free program at http://www.irfanview.com/
